MedicalMet is committed to your privacy and data rights. You may request the deletion of all the information we have collected about your app data or app account.

Data Deletion Policy

Understanding what happens when you request data deletion.

To fully comply with a deletion request means the permanent closure and deletion of your app data or app account. This includes all in-app data and progress, whether paid for or not.

A user of MedicalMet can delete their user account upon request. Once reviewed, data is deleted from the system and cannot be recovered by any users or MedicalMet employees after this point. Sufficient warning is given to the account administrator before data is permanently deleted.

We aim to process deletion requests within 48 hours. In all cases, deletion will be completed within one month (30 calendar days). You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. Wherever possible, we will complete the request in advance of the deadline.

Facebook Login Data

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove MedicalMet from your connected apps:

Log into your Facebook Account

Go to your Facebook account's 'Settings & Privacy' menu. Click 'Settings'.

Navigate to Apps and Websites

Scroll down and look for 'Apps and Websites' and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.

Locate MedicalMet

Search and click 'MedicalMet' in the search bar.

Remove

Scroll and click 'Remove'. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.
